Haw Shuenn Electronics Industry Co., Ltd, founded in 1985, has been a professional factory in manufacturing plastic film capacitor and metalised film capacitor with well-rounded technical capability. Developed in 1989, their photoelectric division, named Huey Jann Electronics, is mainly engaged in the supply of products such as LED and SMD LED. The portfolio also includes invisible light infrared emitting and reception device modules, along with seven-segment and LED dot matrix displays.

In response to world trends and to earn customers' recognition of quality, Haw Shuenn and Huey Jann both gained ISO 9002 international quality warranty authentication in 1999. This is achieved by implementing a qualitative operating system, and carrying out the philosophy of total quality. The quality policy promoted by the company is "quality first, to sustain improvement and customers' satisfaction".
