Stanley Electric Co., Ltd., a Japanese company, was established in 1920.
The company was named after the intrepid 19th-century explorer Sir Henry Morton Stanley, who was renowned for the vision and courage he had so abundantly demonstrated during his exploits on the continent of Africa.

Alpha Numeric Displays
Incorporating super-bright LEDs, the Stanley line of displays are astonishingly vivid in colour and brilliant in light. Red, pure green, green, yellow and orange are the current colours available. Choices of display types consist of either segment types with character heights of 7.5mm to 25mm or alphanumeric types with character heights of 25mm to 51mm.
Light Bar Modules
The MU series of super-bright LED light bar modules are available in a wide range of configurations and colours making them ideal for a broad range of requirements.
Cluster Lamps
The LOD series of outdoor lamps offer a marvellous assortment of advanced features including, multi-colour, high visibility, and super bright LEDs, all encased in a waterproof housing.
Dot Matrix Displays
These versatile displays can handle virtually any display application including numbers, letters, special characters and graphics.
IR LEDs, Photo Transistors and Pin Photo Diodes
Stanley's Infrared LEDs are for clear optical communications use. An abundance of surface mount and through-hole varieties are available. Matched with one of their phototransistors or pin photo diodes, the ideal source-receiver combination can be achieved.
Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs)
Standard products offer high contrast and wide viewing graphic and character-type LCDs and for special specification needs, custom designed LCDs are available. Now with touch-screen capability in some models, the Stanley LCDs are excellent for industrial, automotive, medical equipment, household appliances, and telecommunication products
Sub Miniature Incandescent Lights (SMLs)
